Gazing out over the plain where his towers once stood
Architecturally speaking, should have changed the world
What value has a dream that he never even believed?
Are the memories worth the pain?
She runs from the wolves around her, trying to find
Solace in academic creed, the balance not found
She has to find the clues, blue ocean or someplace below
Is hometown bound ever truly lost?
"Absence makes it easier", an old dog thought as he whimpered
Full by ever count, yet as alone as they come
Closed his eyes,
Nature takes it's course - once more
